you would be responsible for the results. You need to keep yourself

You need to have a foresight to predict the future market happenings
to guide the business organization effectively. Assess the business
performance from time to time to know where the organization stands.
Depending upon the results you can plan future targets. Re-evaluate
the performance of all employees regularly to check on who can achieve
maximum within a given time. On the basis of this result you can
distribute the work accordingly. If the targets are not achieved,
